By signing up and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions ("TnC"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and clicking "Sign Up", you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the authority to represent your business and connect its Google Business Profile (GBP).
• You agree to be bound by these TnC, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Usage

• After signup, you will be prompted to securely connect your Google Business Profile.
• This connection allows Truelabs to fetch reviews, ratings, insights, and other publicly available data for analysis.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the login credentials you use belong to your business and are not misused.

3. Data Access & Insights

• By connecting your GBP, you authorize Truelabs to read, process, and analyze the data to provide dashboards, AI insights, reports, and growth recommendations.
• We do not modify, delete, or post reviews on your behalf unless explicitly authorized via platform features.
• Insights provided are for informational purposes and should be used at your own discretion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during signup and connection.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and Google's policies.

5. Restrictions

You must not:

• Attempt to access or use another business's data without authorization.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Copy, resell, or misuse Truelabs' software or analytics for competitive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, features, dashboards, and AI-driven insights are the property of Truelabs. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Truelabs provides insights and recommendations based on the data fetched, but does not guarantee business outcomes such as sales, customer growth, or ratings.
• We are not responsible for third-party actions, inaccurate data from Google, or losses incurred from decisions made using our insights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that harm Truelabs or other users.

9. Updates to Terms

Truelabs may update these TnC from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
